Turned up, told us they weren't meant to be doing jobs like this today, said we had a frozen pipe, (which was incorrect) that they couldn't do anything about and then abruptly left.
Booked them 3 days in advance.
Absolutely useless and a massive waste of time.
We really just wanted to give them money to fix a problem, or at least hang around for more than 45 seconds to diagnose said problem.
As much as id like to be able to give a 0 star review, the 1 star is justified, because they didn't charge us for not doing the job.

Great service,  boiler diagnosis, test, service and central heating system bleed in under 30mins. Will use again.

Safe gas and plumbing repaired by boiler last week. Mark and his team were great - informative, efficient and clean. Would definitely recommend!
