Bought 2 couches from them, delivered ex display in the hope I wouldn't notice, unfortunately for them I did. To be fair they redelivered brand new ones once I complained. 18 months in a cushion cover ripped and it took them six months and a letter from the financial ombudsman to sort it. Appaling customer service from this branch and I will not be using it again
Absolutely shocked @ the prices of goods herea lot of them being outdated& not the latest compared to other home goods retailers As for the terms & conditions& what you would end up paying in 3years time on a productalready over 2 years out of date with the % 's being charged here~well you would have to be crazy -or extremely desperate2 shop @ the not-so BrightHouse
