Definitely prey on the poor, when I had no money they were on me but I just stopped paying there exstautionate prices
The staff are very pleasant and polite and make you feel very comfortable when talking to them ,my only objection is the company itself who prey on poor people who have limited options ,It may seem a quick fix solution to the items you need,but can end up spiraling in severe debt which chokes up most of low incomes,I feel Brighthouse traps poor people buying from them and these kind of companies should be investigated.
Very exspensive for essential items not ideal for weekly amounts in a deprived area

A company that preys on the poor. The legal side of loan sharking. You will forever be in their debt
