staff seem friendly enough but the prices are ridiculous iv been plastering for 22 years now and buying multifish from this place cost me £9.68 a bag which is the most i have ever paid in my life for plaster. For the small two pound a bag profit or what ever they made out of me on that visit wont have been worth it in the long run because i'll never go back. Stick with MKM or Travis perkins for now. Thanks

I have spent many days here collecting supplies for personal projects, the yard staff are grafters and knowledgeable, putting customer service and quality of service first - the yard is small, but contains most items in use, and I have never failed to find what I wanted. This is a well run establishment, I could and would only ever recommend this to the alternative - Jacksons, which due to the staff mentality, were not my cup of tea, and never again will be.
Needed some sand for finishing off a large section of block paving, most places were out of stock however Market Rasen Buildbase had some. Ordered online but didn't hear anything, sent an email and got a telephone reply apologising as the order had gone astray, Jamie stated to pop in anytime and collect. On arrival later that day the order was ready for me, a lorry was unloading so Jamie loaded the sand onto a trolley and delivered it to my vehicle outside the gates. Things do go wrong sometimes but the measure of any company is the ability to put things right when they do and Jamie and his team did just that.
Served by Finnely tin tin Duffy today the young lad a little slow on the uptake but once the penny drops he's a star in the making. John on top form today probably not hung over so it's a 5 star visit
Great staff, always helpful and very knowledgeable. Although display range limited they will always source what you want.
