Hats our stunning! Shop assistants not so! The young man serving on his first day clearly had no idea on how to serve a customer.  He had a take away coffee cup in his hand that seemed to be permanently stuck to it and he continued to get hats from draws and around the store with one hand and wouldn't put it down for anything!!!! Not only do I think this is totally unprofessional when paying Alison Tod prices apparently a superior shop I would expect better. I don't think staff should eat and drink on the shop floor doesn't create the right image and lacks respect of a paying customer.

I went to this beautiful boutique looking for a mother of the bride dress, I was amazed at the beautiful dresses and hats. I bought a beautiful dress and hat, the ladies were so lovely and so very helpful. I had a vertigo attack they were so very caring and understanding, so I would like to say a very big thank you to you all,I highly recommend anyone looking for an occasional outfit to go there. Again I just want to say a big thank you love  belinda xx

I went to Alison’s shop in April in search of a hat for my daughter’s wedding and left the shop with a whole new outfit! Thank you Alison for being so helpful. Loved my outfit - would 100% recommend a visit.

Alison made my hat for my son's wedding in February 2020 just before  lockdown. I could not recommend Alison and her team highly enough. She managed to get hold of the fabric my dress was made from and incorporate it onto my hat. She even added some of the same material onto my handbag and dyed it so the match was perfect. I will definitely return if either of my other two sons get married even though I live in Scotland.

Myself and my Mother had called in looking for a Mother of the bride dress and hat. Alison and Grace couldn't have been more helpful. They were both warm, friendly and welcoming and Alison was patient and genuine whilst my mother tried a number of dresses and hats. The range of beautiful hats and dresses available in all colours, styles and sizes is sureal. Today was a successful day and my mother came away smiling and happy with both dress and hat at an amazing price. Thank you Alison and Grace we would 100% recommend you to anyone.

Visited Alisons shop back in february with less than 2 weeks to go until my daughters wedding and still no fascinator. The shop has thousands of hats/ fascinators but I only needed to try on 2 as Alison knew exactly what would suit me and compliment my dress.  She even customised the one I chose using little diamante and feathers that she dyed to match my dress. Absolutely amazing service and I was so happy with my fascinator. Cant recommend Alison enough.

Had a hat from Alison Tod today. She was incredible- customer made a hat for me to match my wedding outfit perfectly while I waited. I have never seen so many hats and fascinators of every shade and colour. Alison was so helpful, patient and amazing at what she does and her staff were great too.  Very reasonable prices.  I was recommend 100%.

Visited Alison and team in March to purchase a customised headpiece for my trip the the Palace this Month. Received a brilliant all round service, as well as the opportunity to explore ideas and colours. Came away very happy with my purchase. Many thanks for your time and patience. Thank you Alison for designing my Mother of The Bride Hatinator, It was incredible, I only wish you could have been at the wedding to hear the wonderful comments I received,  and of course I passed your details on. The service i received was exceptional and nothing was too much trouble. It always knew it would be amazing, but it definitely exceeded my expectations.  I will definitely be returning.
