During my recent stop at the service station, I was particularly impressed by the cleanliness of the toilets. We came into the services today and we was looked after by a lovely lady called Vicki. She was polite and very friendly. My son liked the look of a teddy behind the till and I asked where we could purchase it she said we couldn’t but he was more than welcome to have it. She has made his day and he is extremely happy. Stopped at J24 Bridgwater services and had a great experience. One of smallest services I have been but was clean, well organised, and perfect for a break on a long journey. The Costa Coffee there really stood out — the staff Sandra and Lauren absolutely amazing. Friendly, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help, which makes such a difference when you’re on the road. Coffee was spot on and service was quick despite it being busy. Credit to the team for creating such a pleasant stop. Will definitely be back!
Stopped here on a long journey and was really impressed. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the coffee shop was excellent — easily one of the best motorway coffees I’ve had especially service with a smile I think her name was Lauren . The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming, which made a big difference after hours on the road. Service was quick, the atmosphere was relaxed, and everything felt well run. A great place to stop and recharge — would happily stop here again
Stopped at this Costa at a service station. The car park was in poor condition and the toilets unfortunately didn’t smell the best, On a positive note the latte I ordered was made perfectly and was really enjoyable. Sandra and Lauren were friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. I would stop here again despite the small toilet issue it was great.
