Sick and tired of chasing them to repair my CCTV. One of my cameras has not worked for months and despite repeated calls and emails it still doesn't work. They never answer the phone and if they do the young lady always says she's not in the office. Even when they send someone out he came without the correct tools or a replacement camera. I was happyish with the original install two years ago but customer service since has been appalling.
This company was recommend to us and one call two days later their representative arrived on time looked at our alarm and after discussion quoted us for a hybrid system. Less than 48 hours later a competitive quote and then instructed them to carry out the work. As before on time no mess same day finish and a brilliant professional job done with a much needed maintenance package. Because we were so delighted with them instructed them to install cctv as before excellent job and 5 star treatment. This company is highly professional, honest and treats customers like the old days, with respect and building a relationship with you. We would absolutely recommend Bridges Fire & Security without hesitation. Lucky to have found them.
Found Bridges Fire & Security to be very knowledgable about their products when inquiring about a new intruder and CCTV system. The price was competitive and work completed to a high standard. I've found the whole process with Bridges to be smooth and with A great team. Highly recommend this company for all Fire and Security works.
Very friendly, helpful, reliable and responsive. They came to service my alarm after i moved into a new property and also talked me through how i could set new codes. Also on hand to answer my questions via phone around changing settings! Will definitely use again!

I had a 8 camera system installed at my home in Peterborough, I had spend many hours googling cctv & hand an idea off what I wanted. however when Kristian came to quote he was so knowlagable and the system he recommended was better than what I had found !! I got 5 quotes and these guys weren't the cheapet 2nd but the customer service and good reviews sold it to me.
We Called Bridges Fire out at 18:00 on Christmas Eve. due to a fire alarm fault. Lee was here by 18:30 and fixed it by 19:00. what's more was he was polite and really happy. fab staff would recommend

Working away from home Mon-Fri I felt I was getting a little concerned about my homes safety while away. after contacting Bridges Fire I decided to get an intruder alarm fitted, the system also has smoke alarms. if any thing happens at home I get a notification on my phone.
