Ben Granville has been a complete pleasure to deal whilst going through what started to be an arduous process to sell my property. My initial appointment of an Estate Agent was not with Bridges Estate Agent, but that did not deter Ben providing some excellent advice on the process and every week followed up with a call to ask how the sale of my property was going. Upon being able to work outside the initial sole agreement (not Bridges Estate Agents), Ben was able to confirm three viewings within the first 24 hours. The images of the property were much better than those taken by one of the competitors. Ben’s tenacity continued to shine through one contracted to work Bridges, dropping me update calls on a very regular basis. Ben is personable and is an enthusiastic individual and this is evident in his approach to his work and clients. I am now at offer stage on the property which happened within one week of going live with Bridges. I would not hesitate to recommend Ben in going forward.

Superb service throughout both sale and purchase. Ben who we sold through was fantastic. Prompt feedback on viewings, and pretty much had viewings from the first day of going on with Bridges. Dom, who we purchased through was excellent. Always got the impression that he was firmly in control and you were in very safe hands. Go as far as to say, if your buying or selling in the Ash Vale/Tongham and Aldershot areas, Bridges are the people to use.

Polished service start to finish. Ben was professional but also good fun and easy to deal with, he and Anya found us a buyer within a couple of days of going onto the market (even in tough market conditions) at a competitive price from excellent buyers. The reigns were then passed over to Kevin, our sales progressor, who with Ben’s assistance kept the solicitors on both sides on their toes and kept the whole process progressing nicely. We were well informed from start to finish and nothing was ever too much hassle. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ben and the team in Ash Vale to anyone looking to move and will personally be using them again in future.

Excellent photos and description lead to a quick sale. Kevin Green ( sales progresser ) did a great job during the exchange process, keeping on top of the extended chain and being prepared to call any and all the other solicitors and estate agents

I have recently sold and purchased property via Bridges, both Ben and Kevin were extremely helpful on the purchase of my new property, both transitions went smoothly, can also highly recommend using the solicitors they put forward :-)
