Just bought my 3rd car perfect service everytime. There always happy to help and great communication throughout the purchase. My salesmen Stewart was great sorting everything asap and keeping me upto date. A+++ excellent prices and excellent salesmen.
Just picked up a new car from Bridgend Motors in Ayr. Thanks to Liam, the whole process was straightforward and no stress. Liam took care of everything for us & was really friendly. He was also great with the children, getting them stuff so they could draw whilst we were doing the paperwork and answering all the questions they had! Great service, family oriented & great customer service from Liam. Will definitely go back in the future.
My experience at Bridgend ayr couldn’t have gone any better. I was welcomed in by mykell bell. I went in looking to buy a car and was welcomed in and shown around. Every question I had regarding a car was answered promptly. I was given advice and what car suited me best and was offered the best prices available to me. The purchase of my new car couldn’t have gone any better and the transaction went very smoothly and quickly. Would 100% recommend!
Seen a few cars online, received immediate contact to my enquiries. Popped along to view cars and met Allan who was friendly and helpful and sorted out all my questions, paperwork & sale. Excellent service thank you, my new wheels are great.
I recently purchased a Fiat 500 S and traded in my old Suzuki Jimmy. The very friendly and helpful salesman Colin did an excellent job of making the purchase process and all the paperwork as simple as possible. Great car and a great salesman.
Just bought my first car from Bridgend motors in Ayr. Liam was extremely helpful and honest, and seemed like he was more interested in finding me the best car rather than just simply making a sale. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a car!
Great job from Lawrence and his team at the Ayr Bodyshop. They fixed the bumper on my van which had been previously repaired badly elsewhere - and it came back to me looking good as new! Thank you
I bought my first car from Stuart orr,Stuart was grate from star to finish, keeping up dated on the journey of the car very polite and professional throughout the process. If you're looking to buy id recommended going to Stuart.
Third car purchased with them. Never had an issue before. 2 weeks into having car the clutch snapped. They didn't know how it happened, wasn't their fault. Offered me a courtesy car which i accepted. Was a slight mix up with the cars which wasnt an issue. Husband is disabled and i needed a car he could get into hes 6ft3. When i refused a tiny car a worker told me "we dont have luxury cars"to which i said it was about suitability not luxury. Discrimination right there for no reason. I wasnt being a difficult customer, turns out it wasnt the car i was supposed to have which was fine however that was a Terrible comment. Not our fault my husband is 31 and disabled. I didn't want the car. They fixed it and reassured me the car was fixed and safe. Got car back on the Friday by Saturday a warning electrical fault message came on and the car went limp. They picked the car up on Monday and gave a courtesy car same one I had while clutch was being fixed. It creaked alot they kept the car for 2 days. Called to say they couldn't find fault. My dad is an ex mechanic and was on holiday when this all happened so he came with me. Popped the hood and found the battery hadnt been correctly fitted. The positive lead was loose despite them telling me it had been checked thoroughly. The mechanic admitted fault. So basically if they had hooked the battery up correctly after fitting the clutch this wouldnt have happened and i almost ended up stranded in kilmarnock due to negligence.I asked to complain. Was told service manager would call me last week and I've not heard a thing. Absolute nightmare. This was the Ayr branch. Update: Have since spoken to aftersales manager who has discussed the situation with me and kindly helped.
I have not had any dealings with this company but I would think they would be ok to deal with as most good car dealers like a good reputation from their customers
