Bridgend County Borough Council delivers a range of key services to approximately 139,000 people, making the county borough a place where people want to live, work and visit.

Council services are appalling. Being charged more and more every year just to have to so called services cut or in terms of recycling almost non existent. Why does this Authority use a contractor who cannot even do the simplest jobs, just collecting waste? It's about time YOU listened to your hard working and over-paying community and sorted it out!

Yet again this useless council still can't get a simple job done right... after complaining that my rubbish hasn't been collected. I tried calling Kier after waiting 10 minutes each phone call i made I was put through to answer phone... YET AGAIN!! decided to just speak to someone in the council (street clean) I think. Was told they would pick up the recycling the following day... surprise surprise at 7pm when I got home from work my bag which was left at the kerb site wasn't collected. Getting sick to death of how s**t this service is!! WHY CAN'T YOU SORT IT OUT... B4 LONG IM GONNA FETCH ALL MY RECYCLING TO YOUR OFFICES... MAYBE THEN YOU WILL START TO LISTEN!

What a joke! Yet again my rubbish hasn't been collected... Tried calling Kier after waiting 10 minutes it goes straight to answer phone. What gets me is the council are not interested in this issue yet they seem very interested in putting everyone's council tax up for a shocking service. So tell me BCBC... if your not interested and neither are Kier, what's the solution to my problem?? Use the bins on lampposts instead?!

Dear sir or madam To ever is my concern The refuge and recycling situation is now become critical at the new flats. We have no where to store or food, refuge and recycling anymore. I have taken photos and will be sending it to the local papers to shame your incompetence. I have recently moved to wales from Dorset where the collections were regular, this is now the SIXTH week without any collection! Do you think this acceptable? Do you think this is hygienic? This needs to be done ASAP or I will be taking this further. This is not an idol threat! Please sort it

Parked in the new multi storey car park at 18,30 hours 9th October but because I was concentrating when negotiating the fairly tight corner into the car park, did not notice the opening and closing times, posted about 6 ft up the wall, out of my eye line. You can imagine my surprise to find the the place securely locked when I and my family returned at 8.15pm after enjoying a great meal in Zia Nina and contributing to the prosperity of a Bridgend business!! I'll collect the car in the morning but don't expect to pay for overnight car parking As you approach the car park, none of the signs English or Welsh list opening times. No mention of No Overnight Parking either. I'm sure the lack of information signage is simply an oversight, as is the rediculous decision to close a car park which is supposed to be self managing so early.
