Architectural award winning station for some reason. It does the job and is usually quite clean.
Your experience will depend greatly on the other travellers. Most of the time the vast majority of the people are very pleasant. But other days it’s like feeding time in the chimp enclosure on dress down Fridays.

My whole customer experience was less than satisfactory, the bus station very untidy smelling of urine and staff most unhelpful.
