I am highly impressed and I don`t impress easily, because I am such a foodie I don`t have take out very often, I prefer to cook from scratch. The food was amazing! Piping hot on delivery. I live just over 3 miles away from Bridgend. I ordered veg korma with pilau rice and chips. The rice was aromatic and tasty/perfect! The chips were chunky and hot, the veg korma was the best I have ever tasted. As a single person who loves her food, it was enough for two large portions. I must have said wow about 5 times during the meal. It was so tasty. The veg korma had a variety of vegetables in it. I ate my food too quick, because I was so excited by the flavours. Delivered early by a lovely lady. My first time ordering from this restaurant, I will definitely be ordering from here again! 10/10 Vegetarian options: The vegetable Korma is amazing! Lot`s of different vegetables. The sauce is absolutely stunning. I would highly recommend! The pilau rice is also lush... aromatic and very tasty! 10/10
Great food, let down by service. Ordered at 6.20pm & delivered at 9.33pm. Initially estimated at 70mins, after 120mins I called and was told a maximum of 25mins more, then nothing until a call at 9.19pm saying they had run out of one of the items so had to substitute but somehow did not know the order was made 3hrs before! I know places get busy,.especially on certain nights but why give a 70min estimate if there was zero chance to make it? Why not simply inform the customer of a delay? They had both mobile & email and could easily have changed on their order service - bookyup - but that I suppose would have taken someone a few seconds on each customer...
The first order was lovely very warm and delivery was not too long to wait. But the next time I ordered I waited just under 2 hours and I phoned them up to ask where my order was too be told that they were waiting for a driver totally unacceptable and unforgivable.Food: 3/5

2 hour wait for our order. Normally we have a great meal from here but unfortunately this time was poor. The chips were cold and rock solid. The Currys had all separated they were that cold, the rice was cold and hard. Aug a shame as it's normally our go to takeaway. Best to find a new one i think.
2 hrs 30 mins for food to be delivered, absolute joke! Ordered at 5:30 and finally arrived at 8pm. Food looked good, but far too late for me to eat, which is why we ordered at 5:30, to get food by 6:30. Had to contact food hub directly in the end and was told 15 min at 7:30, food eventually arrived 30 minutes later. Won't be ordering again from here and certainly won't be recommending to anyone looking for Indian delivered. Very Very poor service.
Food was disgusting, chips were rock hard and cold AND the rice was full of lumps and cold curry was cold full of grease.. onion bajia were overcooked and rock hard pashwri burnt and like leather. Phoned bridgend balti and the woman had a bad attitude called me and my neighbour liers. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN AND I'D ADVISE YOU ALL TO NOT TO IF YOU DON'T WANT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY!!
Couldn't stick to a preordered time, sent me raw chips, chicken was dry hardly any sauce in the curry dishes. Don't know whether this is the sort of treatment you get when ordering on food hub app but it was appalling. Delivery driver stated becauseof the distance it was late I preordered 2 hours prior and my address is in the Bridgend area. Customer service was non existant.
Have used these for quite some time... Food from this takeaway is generally very nice when they get your order correct... Attitude very poor though... On 4 occasions now they've left out the Naan bread and salad, no real apologies or offer of refund next time... Definitely time to look elsewhere. ..
Great value for cracking food. Been going for years after trying other more expensive places but not as tasty. If I do collect on way home from work the staff are always pleasant.
