“ I would like to say a massive thank you to Lorraine and Jonathan for all their help, expertise and fantastic customer service. I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone , they certainly go above and beyond. My mother was given a riser recliner by a relative to assist her post spinal surgery . Unfortunately is suddenly stopped working and we had no idea where it originated from. Local mobility stores and specialist furniture shops couldn’t help us and had no idea of where to purchase spare parts or accessories . Luckily google came up trumps and I came across Vale Bridgecraft . I received a response to my email within an hour, confirming the chair was one of theirs . Unfortunately it was out of warranty but Jonathan was able to determine the problem and supplied the relevant parts the very next day and offered telephone assistance with the fitting if required - outstanding service”.

Ordered a suite last week got home and were unsure went back this morning and said we had changed our mind.No hassle all paperwork altered nothing too much trouble first class service and advise.would recommend to anyone.
Superb customer service when need help!! Our suite has casters and we wanted some sort of carpet protecter - we rang explained what we need and recieved them next day!! Extremy helpful customer service ... well done!!
