Always really lovely staff, my appointments have never been running more than a few minutes behind, and have been super helpful anytime I needed anything. I do wish the online consultation room was open again as that was incredibly convenient, but with the NHS under the pressure it is, I entirely understand if the staff don't have time to run it!
This is an appalling surgery, the staff are unhelpful, and I have tried in vain for 8 months to see a doctor, only to be fobbed off with a ‘phone consultation’ with a promise of a follow up that simply never happened. In that time, they managed to lose my notes, failed to follow up on a consultant request and when I informed them of the issue, they simply suggested that I book yet another telephone consultation. Highly recommend you go elsewhere.

Brilliant surgery. Been with Dr. Scott for years and cannot fault his professionalism. You can get an appointment on the day I think it's when somebody has cancelled their appointment.We have to remember the immense pressure our GPs are dealing with.
Used to be great but now awful, was with Dr Scott for years who was brilliant since his retirement it has become a awful surgery, so I had no option but to leave, Terrible place
Completely useless when trying to book doctors appointments in advance, always saying there nothing for 2 weeks yet can ring up on the day and get an appointment easily ! No consideration for people who have work or Kids to work around
New to the surgery, not impressed at present have tried to phone several times, waited far to long for phone to be answered, also do not find them very helpful on end of phone when they do answer, but they are very polite.
BEEN WITH DR SCOTT FOR YEARS, BRILLIANT DOCTOR, NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE PRACTICE THE GIRLS HAVE ALWAYS BEEN VERY HELPFUL ON THE PHONE.
Nothing but great service in the year I’ve been a patient.
