I have had nothing but positive experiences with Mr Rivers since I have been his patient for many years. I have never been disappointed in the quality of his work and how gentle he is. His staff are also professional, friendly and willing to assist you in every possible way. Two weeks ago I called for emergency treatment and was seen by Ms Bennett within an hour. She was very nice and polite. I want to thank her for her kindness to see me in short notice.
I class myself as having Dental anxiety, this is first time in over 35 years I have been to a dentist surgery. For some reason I had a good feeling for the first time in many years setting foot into the dental surgery. I was greeted by very friendly, helpful staff, one young lady greeted me and it was my turn at the dentist, the fear and anxiety I felt when I sat on the seat was really bad and when they informed me they do not do sedation I just wanted to leave. But I stayed as the tooth was driving me insane especially at night. I opted to have it removed, from that point on the 2 young lady’s made me feel at ease, when I was advised it was needle time the anxiety kicked in to overdrive, but the young lady that did 90% of the extraction on my tooth was amazing I felt very little pain at all, she kept making sure I was ok and was very reassuring in fact they were that good I have registered with them for more work and extractions to be done. To all the staff, I thank you from the bottom of my heart you have restored my confidence in getting dental work done especially the young lady that done the work, words do not express how grateful I am to you!
I've been a patient here for many years and all my dental treatments carried out by Mr Jones. Firstly all Covid-19 procedures and checks supplied to me in advance of my appointment were in place, and safely reassured me during my visit. Needed an appointment to fix a shattered back tooth, my worst fears were an extraction, however Mr Jones worked his magic and managed to patch it up and make it sound again. First rate service from the dental clinicians and receptionists at the practice - thank you.
I would like to sincerely thank all the staff at Bridges Street Dental Practice. I have had excellent support and treatment from everyone since last May. Most recently I have had more intensive work completed by Mr Cartner. His quiet confidence, professionalism and attention to detail is excellent. Thank you to all of you. Maggie Pivars
I have been a patient of this practice for almost 30 years. I have just completed a course of treatment to fit a dental omnilay. I found the whole experience painless and the care and attention given very professional. I would have no hesitation in recommending Mr Cartner and the team at Bridge Street Dental Practice.
Very poor appointment availability. Wait time in the practice is unbelievably long when you get an appointment and if someone has a problem before you, you could be waiting all day. Reception staff are bad mannered. If you have to cancel an appointment ,staff can be rude, however they will change your appointment by sending you a text without warning. Dentist change all the time. It’s a poor practice and if you can get in somewhere else, do.
Unhelpful appointment system you can't make one, telephone is frequently unanswered. If you need to reschedule an appointment which they made for you at their convenience, not yours then the wait is often months. When I finally managed to move dentists, my experience was night and day. I'd think long and hard before using this place.
I have been a patient at this practice for thirty five years and have had nothing but a fist class expeience. Will continue to use them. Recenly contacted them re a brken denure. Told to bring the in next day. Thw were fixed at no cost and returned within 36 hrs I
Utterly disgusted in the way this practice is run! Recently my local practice had closed so needed to find another, but due to missing my initial appointment they told me “you will NOT be allowed to return, you would have been told this when making the appointment” CLEARLY, I WAS NOT! I have submitted a complaint to ombudsman and NHS Trust. It was an honest mistake but made to feel like a child.
What a lovely team! Highly recommend a visit to this practice if you are looking for a dentist in the Morpeth area. Covid secure and made to feel welcome and safe.
