Excellent service from sills&betteridge, fast and efficient, I got my outcome, Thank you to Niaomi, Sarah and Aylish, kept me updated all the way through and always was there to answer any questions,would definitely recommend!!!!
First impressions matter. I received a request by the Secretary to call her in order to set up an appointment for an initial consultation. I called the number, no answer, so I sent a text message asking for her availability. A few hours later the secretary called me back out of the blue and immediately jumped into scheduling the consultation. I had a few questions prior to making the booking. Every time, mid-question, I would get interrupted in a rude and primitive fashion. The answers provided demonstrated a lack of consultative skills, sales skills, or knowledge about the company's pricing structure. I find it shocking that a business attempting to portray themselves as a high-calibre law firm would hire someone like this as the first point of contact. Needless to say, I will not be investing 125 pounds to discover whether their lawyers are any different.

From start to finish 5 stars, quick, punctual, thorough and professional throughout. Thank you Diane and Kerry for your Help, advise and guidance and making what could be a stressful experience as relaxed and as smooth as possible, would highly recommend
They took months to do a simple job, no one knew what the others were doing, the file was passed around as one of their number, a lady with a love of disappearing on holiday a lot, left, then the thing seems too have been forgotten. A lot of phone calls saw promises of return calls as the right person was free, but rarely to never returned. I find it extremely difficult to recommend their services. I still have most of the call records detailing the lack of communication and their inability to conduct the work in a reasonable manner. The job finally got sorted out when one of the senior staff took charge, but that was way too late for an even reasonable review.
