Bridge House is one of the best care homes I have been too. The front of house team are so welcoming and the management team are approachable and kind. Everyone is always happy to help no matter how big or small. It truly does make a big difference.
Fantastic care home – consistently welcoming from the front-of-house team to management and carers. The staff are always helpful, approachable, and take the time to support residents, families, and professionals alike. Their dedication creates a positive and caring environment where everyone feels valued.
My dad Brian Ward stayed for nearly two years on floor 2 however he sadly passed away peacefully February 2025.nI can't thank the staff on lever two enough for the care and attention given to dad .nAlso other staff from floor 1/3 who also took their time to come and see dad.nThe management team are also amazing.nBasically all staff at Bridge House are truly amazing and dad recognised this and was grateful for being there.nHe was cared for like a king .nMany,many thanks for taking care and the keeping safe of my dad.nJill
Bridge house isn’t just a care home it’s a family. We go above and beyond everyday to ensure our residents feel truly at home with person centred care that respects everybody’s different individual needs and choices. We take pride in making sure families are always up to date involved and are fully supported because they are just as much of the bridge house family as our residents. It’s more than just providing care here it’s about creating a place where people feel valued, respected, and truly cared for. We build the best bonds with our residents and grow to know each person so well and the activities in the home are second to none.
Bridge House Care Home is an amazing care home that has an excellent person centred approach. All the staff go above and beyond and treat every resident with the upmost respect and kindness. Such a lovely place and I can absolutely recommend it to anyone who may be in the process of searching for a care home.
