My boiler has not been working since Saturday, tried all weekend on the ‘emergency’ number which no one ever answered. Rung back Monday am and we are expected to wait until Thursday for an appointment. So we have no hot water with a child in the house for at least 6 days. Thankfully we don’t need the heating on. Yet other people can have appointments for the same day. Very disappointed! Update 17:02 - thank you very much for getting someone out to me today after some phone calls and emails. Very thankful to get my hot water and boiler up and running again. Faith in you has been restored.
Bunch of cowboys. Terrible company. Been without heating and hot water now since boxing day. Absolutely disgusting. Order wrong parts. No communication skills. Send out an engineer that is not qualified on vaillant boilers. Makes you wonder if any of there engineers are safe when dealing with gas. Avoid at all cost!
Didn't call me back initially for over a week , engineer said he would return on the Monday afternoon. No one turned up , Tuesday engineer turns up without appointment. Fixs boiler , Wednesday calling Greatwell homes again as boiler failed again !!!!
So it is apparently taking 8 days to find my part that I have located on multiple websites with 24hr delivery. Not great service seeing as I am without hotwater and heating in the middle of a pandemic. Complaint made to Greatwell homes as I feel I'm being made to wait as I am a social housing tenant.
Rubbish service don't return calls office don't communicate with engineers would not recommend them useless company .I have spoken with Tracey from bridge heating today and have engineer booked for Thursday next week she was very helpful as I was quite stressed as was waiting all week for phone call back but hopefully now we are moving in the right direction
