I was able to get an appointment promptly. Made to feel welcome and at ease. Introduced to all the staff in the room...that was nice. Asked about my health and demonstrated a bit of interest in me. Very happy with my appointment and next one booked for 6 months..
The service is excellent. I am relatively new to the practice and my previous dentist was very proactive in providing reminders as to when I should have the next appointment.
After weeks of pain in two teeth I went to the dentist and she explained I had sensitivity from receding gums and not tooth decay however we agreed to confirm we would do an xray. This did indeed confirmed her diagnosis thankfully however I did have a cavity on another tooth that I had no discomfort in. This proves how important your check ups are! Then I booked for my filling appointment & when it came round I was so nervous. I needn’t have worried though, as my wonderful dentist reassured me, explained everything , talked to me all the way through & did everything she could help me with any discomfort which thankfully was actually minimal the worst bit ended up being the ache I got from having my mouth open! Which she again gave me as many little breaks as I needed. She didn’t make me feel rushed or silly for being so nervous. I’m very grateful for this good experience and appreciate her patience today. I also brought my sons for a check up the day before and aa always they are so good with them. Patient and kind making sure to give them a positive experience at the dentist. Thank you.
It was my first time at the practice, everyone seemed friendly and both my initial appointment and hygeneist appointment were very thorough
My first treatment session today, comprising two front teeth that were slowly crumbling away, and an awkward upper molar with a small hole in the filling. The dentist patiently built up my front teeth until they look perfect and feel strong. The whole appointment lasted about an hour, during which time I was asked repeatedly if I was comfortable and feeling ok. I certainly was, and am even more sure than after my first inspection, that I have made the right decision in signing up with Bridge Dental.
Just had my routine dental examination at Bridge Dental Practice. My appointment was on time. The dentist was friendly and explained everything clearly. The reception staff were friendly and helpful.
Receptionist was great very polite and accommodating when I made my initial appointment, however i felt like on the day of my the Dentist was pushy and way to salesy! Stating If I don’t have root canal and opt for cheaper option of extraction my top teeth will grow down into the gap. ‍

I'm very happy indeed with the ongoing dental care I receive at the Bridge Dental Practice, the reception staff are always polite and helpful, and the dental team are exploratory in their knowledge and extensive expertise, coupled with a clear and obvious desire to do their very best for the patient at all times. A practice I would not hesitate in recommending to anyone.
Great experience. Friendly professional staff . Going to the dentist is not my favourite pastime, but I needed four fillings. All done in one session. No pain or after effects. Very happy.
