The food was great value and of high quality. The service however was slow with a few minutes wait to be served at the till due to the location being short staffed. Generally it was an okay experience and we would visit again.
Most of our food was lovely which we didn't have to wait long for at all. I had the jumbo fish that I have pictured and I loved it, my dad had a burger though which wasn't as good, it was a bit bland and the garlic ciabatta we ordered wasn't very impressive but the rest was fine and my mum loved hers too. Staff were also very kind and polite but could do with a few extra especially at the bar. If I was to suggest a couple of things though I would say that it could do with a wider range of cider drinks and also needs a refurbishment as it looks outdated. Overall though we liked it and would come again soon.
Enjoyed a fish finger wrap. Staff were cheerful, polite and prompt and the prices are reasonable for quality and quantity, music was a touch loud for my preferences but I'd come again. For my fellow tea enthusiasts they serve Yorkshire tea.
Food was absolutely amazing, large portions, really tasty. The curry was good, onion bahjis a little stodgy, but overall, the food and service here was really good.
Visited today for a birthday meal with family had brilliant food. Even though the place was packed going to prove to the overall popularity of the venue servers were very polite and were accurate with our orders. Orders were placed and food arrived well presented and delicious. Were very accepting of our request for alterations and staff were well mannered and polite. Having worked in the hospitality trade for many years myself staff did their very best and informed customers well of any issues . Will definitely be returning again for future meals
Wonderful experience! Ashley was very welcoming as was the rest of the team. The food was great and nothing was too much trouble. They accommodated us really well and it was great to see a manager out on the floor, talking with customers and serving food. Service was fantastic, would recommend and I will be back!
Good location, very clean and tidy and really friendly staff. The prices are really good and the portions are huge! Lovely atmosphere and there's always lots of people in there enjoying their meals.
Better than it was a couple of years ago, haven't eaten there for a while but the last experience was pretty shocking to be honest.. And I live five minutes from the place.. Went for a pint a couple of weeks ago and service has much improved at the bar but as for food I possibly couldn't say as we didn't have a meal
Extremely disappointing. Meal arrived before cutlery, and then only 1 serviette between 4. Had to request more and also had to remind the server we were still waiting for drinks. Ordered on app so expected better service. The food was also not what we anticipated. Cold Yorkshire puddings and chewy overdone beef. The server was very pleasant but we won't be returning.
Arrived with my 3 year old, placed order waited over an hour still no food. There was two different family’s either side of my table both families arrived after I did and placed orders after me. They both got served before me which ended with me complaining getting a full refund. Customer service was shocking, 2 young female waitresses have no customer service manners at all, slamming food down onto the table and then laughing when we asked why we have no onion rings with our starter as ordered. Very angry customer. Would not recommend for kids.
