Purchased my daughters prom dress from this shop. She went in wanting a green dress, the lady picked out the perfect gown for her. It was absolutely beautiful. There's loads of dresses to choose from. The staff are so friendly and helpful, it makes your job finding one so much easier! Highly recommend
I initially purchased my dress over a year ago. The staff were amazing & patient as I tried my styles on. They listened to all the features I wanted & helped me select my perfect dress! I visited several times to try my dress with my shoes & to purchase a veil & tiara. Each time I was never rushed & could walk around in my dress to find the veil & tiara that matched perfectly. I didn't need much alterations but the slight taking in made me feel comfortable & confident in my beautiful dress. I even took my bridesmaid dresses there for the alterations too as the service was so professional. My dress was ready in plenty of time & they happily kept it stored for me. I also purchased a really sturdy travel box for my destination wedding. When I went to pick up my dress they packed it up for me & decorated the box with a lovely bow. I can't recommend this store enough! The staff really listen to what you want, offer lots of great help & advice, keep you informed throughout & all with a smile!
Prom 2024. Absolutely fantastic service and choice. From the minute we walked in we felt so welcome, everyone was so lovely and helpful. Brilliant choice of dresses, all the girls are on hand for any guidance and they are all really knowledgeable. Can't recommend them enough. Thanks ladies
Would just like to say a HUGE thank you to all the lovely ladies at Bridal Couture Italia for making my wedding dress experience the best I could of ever wished for. I came to the shop with no real idea of what I wanted, as a plus size girl its often hard to find wedding dresses in different styles to try on, however here I felt right at home. From the second I arrived at my first appointment I didn't feel the pressure or judgment I had experienced at other bridal stores. I felt at ease and comfortable and I actually felt like I was with my friends trying dresses on. It didn't take long for me to find my dream dress however unfortunately the pandemic hit and my wedding was postponed a year. The ladies were so helpful, keeping me informed and assuring me that my dress was there safe and sound. As restrictions eased and my wedding day drew closer we started my dress fittings and I didn't make it easy for the girls at the shop as I asked for more and more alterations to completely change my dress. Nothing I asked was too much trouble and every time they fit me in for another alterations appointment, they were always friendly and chatty and even altered my mums mother of the bride dress perfectly. Paulette especially was an angel, she dealt with every message I sent her straight away, helping me with every wedding hurdle I faced, even those not wedding dress related and she's honestly the loveliest woman I've ever met. She became a friend and actually came to the morning of the wedding to help me into my dress. I can honestly say Ill miss the girls and all the Saturday mornings spent in the shop. Finally my dress was the most incredible dream dress anyone could of ever wished for and I cant thank you all enough, the absolute best in the business!
Purchased my daughter's prom dress from here this year and from beginning to end, the service and staff have been exceptional. Due to the time lapse from order to pick up, some alterations were needed last minute, one even being a design change to the back of the dress. It was done quickly with no issues, at the height of prom season. I will definitely be returning with another daughter when it is her turn. Thank you so much

These ladies are amazing. So welcoming from the moment you walk through the door. They are a team of mother and 2 daughters and therefore a family run business. They work so very hard to make sure your dress is everything you hoped for. My dress had loads of alterations and the price was really reasonable. The ladies supported me throughout and even managed to trace my late grandads handwriting into my dress so I could keep him close on my wedding day! They also did the alterations on my mums mother of the bride dress. These ladies make miracles happen!
Went in for last minute prom dress they were so helpful as we didn’t know what we wanted we picked out some dresses then we saw what we were looking for in the window the staff took it stright out for us to try on made some alterations and we were done they were all so friendly and not at all pushy we were able to take our time so we could be sure was a wonderful experience thank you
Our whirlwind wedding marriage surprised everyone including us but bridal couture made our lives so much easier. They couldn't do enough for us.sorting out the bride and bridesmaids dresses at such short notice and recommending a brilliant lady to do our make up. Just amazing, we can't recommend them enough.
