We visited their garden showroom and arranged an appointment to quote for a fairly big landscaping job. As we both work during the day we asked for a weekend or evening appointment but apparently they don’t accommodate weekend appointments and only offer an evening appointment on a Tuesday until 6pm It was marked in the diary for 4 weeks. On the day I finished work early in case the designer arrived early but he didn’t show at all. I called them and left a message asking for an explanation. The next day I waited but no phone call so I called them myself. They said they would need to speak to David who was due to have visited and would call me back. I didn’t receive a call either that day or the next. At the very least I would have thought they would want to re-arrange an appointment but customer service isn’t a priority to them, regardless of what they might say on their website. Totally unprofessional. We will not be spending our hard earned money on them.
