The staff at Briar Dawn are truly amazing. The receptionists are beyond lovely; they always make you feel welcome and make a fuss of your loved ones. I visited regularly with my dog Star, and I truly believe the staff who knew her cared for her just as much as I did; they were always so amazing with her. Our vet, who saw Star regularly, would always ask how my rabbits were getting along, which shows what a caring and special person she truly is When the time came to say goodbye to Star, she gave us plenty of time to say goodbye, and I feel so fortunate that we were able to have a positive experience during such a difficult time. Thank you for the amazing work you all do at Briar Dawn.
Great Vets!! Very friendly people!! Took care of my dog Riley when he was sick and helped him be in a lot less pain in his final months dog in picture isn't dead just sleeping
My cat who is nervous unfortunately had to have some dental procedures done, we received detailed information, explanation and quotation for the procedures and the team were brilliant with her. She came home with her meds and with a bravery certificate and stickers . The reception team are brilliant even when it's particularly busy and they're under pressure. We also received a reassurance call on the day as to how cat was doing and what time to collect her. The discharge appointment was thorough and we were given full aftercare instructions. Thanks for all your help.
If I could give 0 stars I would. An absolute disgrace. For maybe the second time in the 5+ years I've been with the vets I was running late because I'd had an anxiety attack. Got told I wouldn't be seen if I was more than ten minutes late. Yet they've had me waiting 30/45 minutes in the past and I've not complained. Shame their rules only go one way isn't it?
I have been using Briar Dawn for 16 years for cats, Dogs, furry and feathered friends even reptiles we have had over the years. I currently have 3 dogs registered from being puppies. Every single interaction and experience my family have had has been 5 star from appointment times through to some very difficult complicated cases we have been through with our dogs. The vets are very thorough, knowledgeable, kind and informative. All of the nurses and reception staff are extremely friendly and compassionate I cannot recommend Briar Dawn highly enough they have been our rock in knowing that our Animals have the very best care
