My friend recently lost her grandson of just 5 days old. I made the families floral tributes for the funeral as my way of giving something, but forgot to get cards to go on to the arrangements. My friend explained to the lady today and tried to buy some cards from Brian’s Florists and was abruptly told that unless she ordered flowers from their shop she was not allowed to buy cards! How disappointing and heartbreaking for my friend that a florist refused to sell a small piece of card that probably cost pennies so she could write something for her deceased grandson! Disgusting! Shame on you! So very rude as well.
My boyfriend got me a rose bouquet from here for my birthday on wednesday and paid £40 for like 8 roses to be in the bouquet. Which is pricey as it is but the presentation was nice so it wasn’t too big of a deal. I left them in the water they came in for 2 days but after they started looking a bit sad i put them in a vase with plant food and cut the stems. They are now all dead on sunday. Paid £40 for the roses to not even last 4 days? not great, supermarket flowers would last much longer.
We chose Brian’s Florist for a funeral service. Due to lockdown, we were unable to visit the store. However the service over the phone was great from start to finish. We were very pleased with our flowers. The flowers looked beautiful and were delivered promptly.
Made an order over the phone for a bouquet of flowers for £25. When I picked them up I was disgusted to see that I could have got a better bouquet from Asda for 10 quid !!! What flowers there was were not of high value and they looked tired . Even the leaves were brown and had caterpillar holes in them . Wouldn't use them again.
So very disappointed with my bouquet of flowers today. My husband has been using this florist for years and the last few times the flowers have just not been worth the money. Will not be using them again. My husband phoned them and was polite about it as he didn't want to complain with the pandemic going on. Their excuse was the prices have gone up because of it. Sorry but for £34 I have flowers that are worth no more than £8 would get a beautiful bouquet from a supermarket for half the price. Cheap flowers used. Only two roses and three carnations the rest so cheap. Not acceptable !! Shame it won't allow me to upload a picture?!
I just ordered the beautiful White Wendy hand tied bouquet for valentines day and I cannot express enough how handy Maria was on the phone and how excited I am for these flowers to arrive. We spoke for a solid 10 minute adding customisation and she threw in recommendations. I am totally excited for the flowers to arrive and I will definitely be ordering from this florists again. I totally don't feel guilty for spending on valentines day because I know I will get a beautiful memory of flowers.Thanks so much x
Absolutely shocking service from this florist my husband payed out over £50 for 12 roses to be delivered before 11 they didn't arrive, for him to call to ask if they could arrive after 3.30 as we had a table booked for them. To then be left with a neighbour and only 11 roses! He called a number of times and finally at 8.30pm someone arrived with one rose and a small bear and very small chocolates and to now add that the rose has died already and still only left with 11 you pay that amount of money you expect to have good flowers and service never we he or I use these again!
I have always used Brian's florist for my flowers whatever the occasion. They are outstanding every single time, I would never go anywhere else. I had my mum some flowers sent for her birthday recently and I didn't even need to specify what I wanted I told the lady on the phone I wanted a mix of pink and white flowers and my goodness they were beautiful. My mum was very happy and so was I. Excellent value for money and lovely staff. Would never ever go anywhere else!
First time ordering flowers through Brian. I called from overseas and Renee was very friendly and so helpful. A lovely arrangement just what we would have picked if there in person was delivered on time and a neighbour kept the flowers until someone was home. I saw great reviews of this florist, so I decided to use them to order a flower pillow for a dear friend who passed away. My friend was a Tottenham fan and so I wanted a Tottenham logo on it. Brian's told me there is not enough time to make a logo from flowers, which was fair enough because it was only around 5 day's notice, they said they could do a print out on paper, and not laminated, so I had to sent someone in to have it laminated. What I received was appalling, thank God I picked it up rather than have it delivered. I had to sort it out my self. Outrageous, and the women didn't look like she care. Il never use Brian's again. First pic is what they gave me and the second pic is what I had to do.
