I went here this morning because few people in High Wycombe told me that the buffet breakfast is amazing here. That’s true! Unlimited eat and drinks for £9.50. It’s not only for the price, cause the food is really good: eggs, bacon and sausages are fresh made and not dry and hard like I ate in other places. The coffee machine is good, I had a cappuccino and it was delicious. There were also hash browns, mushrooms, baked beans, scrambled eggs, grilled tomatoes and the continental part with yogurt, muesli, porridge and fruits. I will go back for sure!
Having gone to Tesco in Loudwater to buy a new Mobile for my Girlfriend, I suggested going for a nice Bite to Eat & a Drink at the Brewers Fayre next to the Premier Inn and glad we did as, I knew from previous it was a nice place & the Food was equally as nice. I had the Fish Pie and, my Girlfriend had the Lasagne followed by a lovely Dessert + Coffees, a Double Brandy for me & a Double Talisker Single Malt for my Girlfriend. We each had a great choice of Wine with the Meal and was so reluctant to leave as we both felt Content with staying longer bur, we needed some last minute Shopping in Wycombe before the Shops closed. The Staff were great & so was the Food & Drinks. Just want to say thanks for a great Meal at very reasonable prices.
Very good sized car park. Excellent place. Very busy at the time when we arrived for food, but we got a drink from the bar & returned to the "welcome desk" at the time asked & were seated straight away. Service was then very prompt & after ordering our food arrived in a good time too.
I've clicked 4 stars for the atmosphere because it's either pretty quiet of a lunchtime, which I like, or absolutely crammed for Sunday lunch carvery. The food had always been pretty good here. Basic pub grub, good portions and clean! Nice service as always. Thanks! Vegetarian options: Average so veggies don't feel left out. Kid-friendliness: It's OK for kids but they can't run around. There are high chairs. Wheelchair accessibility: Yes
Really wasn't great for our 2 night stay in the premier Inn next door. Cutlery and crockery were at best passable, and worst dirty still. Hair in the breakfast. Steak at dinner was basically just silver skin and nothing else. Choice of lager was decent, not so good for cider though.
First visit since before the pandemic. Pleasant surroundings, friendly helpful staff. Unfortunately the very reasonably priced food was disappointing, with overcooked tasteless vegetables and half cold food on the plate which did not match the dish description provided. Will give it another try with some other menu items at a later date as the staff were apologetic and helpful.
Stayed at the premier In on Easter Sunday, decided to eat at the brewers fayre. Never again! Wasn't even that busy, service was not great. Food was terrible, hot dog pre cooked. And so hard, just like the bun. kids burgers were pink in the middle. And breaded mushrooms were way to crispy, the only thing my kids enjoyed was their desert!! Total waste of money!!
Service was good, small menus not a lot of choice but decent quality food. The reason for 2 stars is on my LAST visit here I was sat down and ignored for close to half hour whilst other people were served despite arriving after me.
I was here on business. The waiter argued with me at dinner and was rude to other customers. I can't book where I stay, I'm just told where I'm going, but I wouldn't go back by choice. That said breakfast was fine and the waitress was lovely.Food: 3/5
Nice enough pub chain in East Wycombe, not far from the M40 J3. The food is inexpensive and hearty, not fine dining by any means but good and satisfying. The fish and chips looked good and my smothered chicken filled me up nicely. The venue has a great one-way system in place to make it Covid safe. Parking is free though an odd layout. Despite the one-way arrows painted on the ground, it's actually a dead end way up top so watch out for cars coming down! It's shared with a Premier Inn so the pub would be handy if you were staying there too.
