Very pleasant staff and very welcoming. Although there was a wait on food this was told right from the start with an appolgy but it set expectations it was appreciated. Well worth the wait but also the Restaurant/Pub was clean and tidy. Would return Wheelchair accessibility: Large Doors and level floors alongside disabled / accessibility facilities
Very sorry looking plates, no care put into the presentation of the starters. Chicken burger was very disappointing. The plater was better, but rather bland. Food is very cheap and you definitely get what you pay for.Food: 1/5
Restaurant clean and tidy . Service is probably the worth place we have visited in a long time . Ordered the 2 meals for £9 something at 5.30pm didn't receive meals till gone 6.50pm . When asked the manager how long was told we haven't recovered from lunch time . When the come out it.was missing.all.the extras we asked . So the meals was replaced and waited an extra 10 mins . Very bad for whitbread and brewers fayre . Shame
As we stayed at Premier Inn, Bicester, paying for the bed and breakfast option, it was annoying to walk over to Brewers Fayre in the cold & rain especially with a baby. I am told by staff that Brewers Fayre are not connected to Premier inn but I’ve since discovered they are owned by the same parent company. Their evening staff were really helpful but their morning staff were not very welcoming especially their Maitre D who was hostile on our first morning’s breakfast visit because we were 40 minutes late with our booked table time due to our baby not feeling well that day. I mean, jeez, give us a break … we’re supposed to be enjoying ourselves and paying to use their facilities. Obviously they don’t want us to come back and we won’t be! On our first morning, they forgot I had ordered porridge and it was so late that I had to leave for my meeting before they could make me some it has to be special ordered apparently. In addition, many of their cereal options were missing such as granola and Frosties. So all this advertising about unlimited breakfast is totally misleading because many of their food options are missing! On our second morning they had taken walk-ins so that there was no room for those who had paid for breakfast as part of their Premier Inn booking unless you were prepared to wait 30-40 minutes. As we had a baby, it wasn’t realistic to wait so we walked across the road to have a very tasty McDonald’s breakfast. We later claimed back our breakfast fee since we were not able to use it. Overall, a very mixed experience. Breakfast was awful both staff and food but their evening food was acceptable and their evening staff very helpful.
Had to register the car for free parking! Ordered food at the bar & it came very quickly, normal pub food & it was pie night on a Wednesday two courses for £8.99 but of course we had something else. My husband thought the choice of beers could have been better.
Had a nice meal no starters only mains, the food was perfect lasagne, burger, gamon, chicken & ribs between the 4 of us. Worth a look in.Food: 5/5
Popped in for late lunch after visiting bicester village. Friendly staff on arrival. We had the 2 meals for £8.99. Hunters chicken was lovely. Wife had the curry. Abit watery but overall tasted good. Would eat here again.
First time visit today as was in the local area. Nice big car park. You do have to enter your details on the keypad as you enter the pub and they give you up to 3 Hours of free parking. Nice clean pub and Covid rules adhered to. Hand sanitiser at the entrance and they keep the fire doors open to allow fresh air circulate. Friendly polite and attentive staff. Food is reasonably priced and the 2 meals For £8.99 are a bargain! Nice clean toilets upstairs. Recommend this place if your in the area or stopping near by at the hotel.
Greeted with a warm smile and given a separate Gluten free menu on request. Instantly informed of a few meals that were not available that day. Clean seating area, tables clean and not sticky, unlike the establishment we had just walked out of. Very clean, calm environment, good service.
