A wide range f decorative finishes, covering most of the major brands. Massive selection of wallpaper samples from all the leading manufacturers. The staff are always helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. Parking area is not huge, but you'd be unlucky for it to be so busy you can't find a space. Handy that they're open all day on a Saturday too.

I ordered a particular exterior paint. They rang next day to say it had arrived and when we got there they mixed it and that was all fine.

We are currently having some major building work done, and need to spend a lot on Farrow and Ball paint, and a few hundred more on blinds.
I went into Brewers earlier this week, and was completely ignored. When I approached the trade counter, one of the people serving completely ignored me and pretended to be involved in another conversation.
So the upshot is, Brewers in Redhill have lost a couple of thousand in business. As Pretty Woman says, "Big mistake... huge..."
Why not actually ask if you can help in future, rather than ignoring customers? But hey, those little men think that the woman over there isn't a trade customer, so can't be at all important.
