I would not recommend Brethertons for conveyancing because since my partner and I started the process back in March there has been a real sloppy approach that you would not expect from an established solicitors.  Information and forms missing off of documents sent out, numerous mistakes despite communicating changes to them and at times lengthy delays in even acknowledging their own errors.  The only positive is that they do have a nice modern friendly office in Rugby.  I will take my business elsewhere in the future.

Brethertons (and in particular our Paralegal Lynsey Cosson) ,were absolutely wonderful in helping us sell our home. Communication was excellent and even when our point of contact was out of the office, colleagues would rally to maintain momentum.

I was nervous at first about using a larger firm, but Lynsey gave us that personal attention and I couldn't really fault anything at all from the moment we appointed Brethertons to the day our sale equity was transferred. Bravo.

Showed great duplicity in running 'cap in hand' to my mortgage company for a payout, despite having a court order which I had largely paid off. Then  decency and honesty of acknowledging and settling the issue (effectively being paid twice) eluded them. Pure indifference and reprehensible greed!!!
