This was a significant exterior decoration job, involving painting the entire exterior of the house, including masonry and woodwork. I Choose you to do the work for two reasons; i) your quote for the work was competitive , ii) as important, because of your wealth of experience you had an expert understanding of the job (which given the "heritage" nature of the existing paint was quite complex). The actual work was carried out efficiently, thoroughly and neatly, and to the specifications agreed in the quote.You made every effort to keep me informed as to the progress of the job , and cleared with me any little issues that arose.
