The bespoke handmade jewellery that is made by Bob is absolutely exceptional. I’ve got to say I have used Brentwood Jewellers numerous times over the last 25 years, I have found every single experience with Bob and Pat absolutely fantastic. The service, and the quality of the work on every occasion is second to none. I have also recommended Brentwood Jewellers to my friends and they have all had similar experiences, keep it up guys.
My wife has been a customer of Brentwood Jewellers for over 30 years and she's bought some top quality beautiful pieces including several bespoke items. As a "significant" birthday was looming, my wife commissioned a bespoke signet ring with a special meaning for us. The result is absolutely fantastic photo attached, as usual. I am so pleased with it. Thank you so much Robert and Pat. I cannot praise you both enough. Update: I bought this Paraiba Tourmaline and Diamond ring for my wife's "special" birthday. Brentwood Jewellers has been our family jewellers for maybe thirty years now. My sister and I recently returned to get the jewellery we inherited from our mum and beautifully made years ago by Brentwood Jewellers resized to be worn again, along with some antique jewellery inherited from our nana resized and polished and they have done such a wonderful job. Very knowledgeable, skilled, and friendly jewellers. Thank you so much for everything!
Four years ago I posted a very positive review of Brentwood Jewellers. Since then, Jane the better half and I have been back to purchase a number of items from this excellent Jeweller. On each occasion we have been warmly welcomed by Pat and Robert. Their attention to the detail of our requests and purchases have been exemplary. It is always a great pleasure to visit their establishment. If you are looking for the very best in quality and service, you need look no further than Brentwood Jewellers.
Rob is a real craftsman, and produces beautiful bespoke work at a very good price. More than that, though, is the service that you receive every time you go in, where nothing is too much trouble and you are genuinely valued as a customer. In this day and age when everyone feels ripped off and fleeced at every turn, Brentwood Jewellers is a rare shining example of old fashioned quality, service and value. Rob and Pat make a fantastic team and long may that continue. Thank you to both of them.
Called to get an estimate of ring resizing. Was instantly told ‘No I don’t do estimates over the phone’ which is fair enough, but then hung up immediately before I could ask any further questions. Would have been happy to go into the shop but the attitude on the phone was disgusting so will be going elsewhere.
Fabulous service! Pat and Robert have adapted a gold horse, originally an antique brooch, into a beautiful necklace for me. Robert also managed to alter my ring so it would fit, and recently bought a small ring from them. I can't recommend them enough. Everything they do is of the highest standard and you can be assured they only use the best quality materials.
I have had the pleasure of visiting the Brentwood Jewellers a number of times and have always been made to feel incredibly welcome by Robert and Pat no matter the size of job I am inquiring about. Robert is incredibly knowledgable and helpful and always takes the time to clearly explain the work to be performed, without any rush or push for a sale. The work performed and customer service is exceptional and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them for any jewellery work. I am fully aligned with the comments in a prior review that Robert and Pat are unbelievably genuine and trustworthy and personally I would not go to any other jewellers, as evidenced by my repeat business.
I'm so pleased with the service and quality I've had from here. I had a beautiful ruby and diamond ring which was my grandmother's but I never wore it as it wasn't my style. Rob remodelled it into a diamond eternity ring and a Ruby and diamond pendant. I also had a 100 year old Albert chain, I had this made into two bracelets for my sons. The workmanship was amazing.
