This station is served by the Elizabeth line with trains going towards Central London. The station has toilets on the platforms and lifts available to the platforms. The station has two entrances and exits the station was very clean and staff around to help aswell.
Lovely place, good transport connections Elizabethan line directly onto London, M25 junction approx 4/5 miles, good schooling, great parks for children, great woods for dog walking, different eateries and shopping...
Generally a good station in that it never gets too crowded and services run every 10 minutes to London at peak times. No disabled access to platform 4, so accessibility is an issue.nnHowever, since run by TFL standards have slipped. The ticket counter is sparsely manned with massive queues on a Monday morning. Badly placed ticket barriers cause bottlenecks, and staff treat commuters with suspicion and little respect.nnNo fast trains are available, despite being zone 9 and costing over £1,000+ more annually than commuters in Harold Wood, 2 minutes down the line.
Why would you have a platform with no benches for people to sit on??? platform 1 Leaving elderly people with no place to sit is so disappointing- plus the lift is out of service
Very aggressive and rude TFL rail staff working at this station. Staff member said that I am looking at security cameras and that he will call police. Be careful as some of the TFL staff tell lies and they think that you are not allowed to film in a public place. I felt like the whole experience of leaving this station was really negative and upsetting. Staff really enjoy telling members of the public using the station what they can and cannot do, even when you have not doing anything wrong. Staff treat passengers with a lot of suspicion.
