If I could I would give big fat 0.nThis was my fourth trip to the council with the same problem. Obviously there was no one to talk to.nService at the council is terrible, the only person you can speak to is a receptionist who is not interested in her job or your problem. All ppl work from home or do they? As no emails are answered or problems solved.nJust terrible.
Tory-run Brentwood Borough Council have shown in the past week that they are as leftist, treacherous and anti-family and anti-traditional family values as Labour, Lib Dems and Greens. If you believe in traditional values then vote Reform.
Would give 0 if I could. Takes ages to get a reply, very poor service and online platform, council tax penalty charge for no reason, and charging after every phone call. Worst council I ever had to deal with
Decided to give this review after the lack of investment in our high street and services, not sure what the council tax goes towards. This council need a good shake up, and a plan to regenerate the lack of independent shops, they can survive, if only our council would visit other towns that are thriving. Don’t blame Covid, take it on the chin, you’ve failed your residents
