The staff here must be terribly under staffed. I have had to wait on the telephone over an hour to get an answer, or not got an answer at all and the call goes to engaged tone . I have had no reply to several emails although some have been replied, its not all bad, but it has taken some time . Today I had to go to the post collection office to to pay the postage surcharge . It turned out to be a letter from Brentford County court telling me of the bailiff date. No stamp or postage had been paid by them. The whole procedure which has been long and exacerbating fell far below the level of service any one should expect from a. professional body. Please address the issues with more staff.

They are commiting fraud. they dont pay for the post. Judge GlaSNER takes decision to help the rich people.

As with all the other reviewers, I wish I could give no stars. I've called them several times, I've never been answered but it either rings and tells you (repeatedly) that your call will be answered in the order it was received even if you call first thing. When you email them, it often takes over a day for them to respond. We've paid over £300 for our case to be processed and in the three months this has been ongoing, they've lost our case, forgot to send it to the defendant, re-found it, finally sent it out without all the relevant forms attached and when chased about this, we received a response saying they only deal with the admin - seemingly they can't even get that right. Now apparently there is a 'backlog' so God knows when our case will actually be looked at. If you can, find another court to handle your case.
