Good verity of sofas. The service were very friendly, helpful and professional, specially Saf how were great
Came into the shop today with the intentions of just browsing in the Brent Cross store. Spoke to a member of staff named Phillip. Was a pleasure to talk too, knowledge and engaging. But not in anyway impeding. We ended up purchasing a new leather sofa. Really happy with the time and personable approach. True professional service.
Placed an order on 16 October in store. We knew exactly what we wanted and the lead time was 7 weeks which was perfect! Now they are saying the sofas won't enter their network before 19 December which is 10 weeks from date of order! This is very MISLEADING! No one to answer the phone and when they answer can't help in any way, all they say is if you wish to complain choose option 3! No one answers on option 3 obviously! BEWARE and don't trust their lead times, just trying to sell without keeping their promise on the date! That's not quite funny when people are moving homes and have no furniture coming up to Christmas!
Last night on the 13th of March 2023 was the first time visiting Sofology. Being a first time buyer myself and my partner are looking for a great sofa to fit our needs & style. Unfortunately, our experience was awful, feeling very uncomfortable & awkward. I appreciate staff should welcome us into the store & maybe saying a bit about how it is best to look around at the sofas e.g. colour selection booklets, however if a customer explains they just want to have a peaceful browse first, this general means leave the customer alone to look & discuss between themselves first. Jumping on a customer and then repeating you don’t work on commission but then pushing to find out more and more about us isn’t a great look & looks to me like a push for a sale. Understand that if a customer is interested in a sofa, they will ask the questions they need. Through this experience we have purchased somewhere else on the same night and we will definitely not be returning to this store and have told others of our awful experience. Final note to add, it was your female employee who gave this bad customer service.
Fizz was super helpful - we explained how badly we had looked after our last sofa and he was super knowledgeable about what we needed to ensure our 4 dogs don't destroy the new one! We bought a great sofa we are looking forward to receiving, but the help in store was fantastic and we didn't feel pressured or rushed at all.
Very happy with my experience at sofology I first went and had a browse to see what was available & returned with my husband both times I was dealt with by a very helpful & knowledgeable lady called Mariana however I wanted to check my sizing for the sofa, and this was no problem at all. I have since returned to order my sofa’s having checked other options and confirmed my sizing I returned and was dealt with by another very helpful gentleman called Sason Who was able to sort my order out swiftly and without any problems.The whole experience so far has been great & I am now looking forward to receiving my new sofa’s
Originally window shopping and needed some guidance on sofa size, different backs etc. a sale rep called Fizz came over, assisted us with some questions and let us leave to think about it- we dont like pushy salesman so this was a bonus. Returned to the store to find Fizz to purchase a sofa we liked as he was friendly, straight to the point and informative. Purchased our first sofa from sofology for the parents and shall return when ready to buy our own.
Very friendly consultation and a great range of sofas, armchairs and sofabeds on display. They could improve by handing out swatches in store though, as one can only order those online.
We visited sofology in Brent Cross a number of times to make our final decision. We received a great service from a few staff, particularly Jamal and Sasan. Jamal helped us to make our final decision for which we are very grateful.
I really loved my sofa at first but if you look at the reviews, the do not stand the test of time. Even short term. Just after 1-2 years the sofa cushions started deforming; I live alone and don’t use it that often for that to start happening so soon. I wish I just bought a cheaper sofa elsewhere.
