Receptionist extremely rude. Absolutely vile during face to face conversation and useless at basic customer service. I’ve been going here for nearly 5 years and thankfully the actual medical staff are what keeps me coming back. Lose the old receptionist and then you’ll have a perfect practices.
Always friendly, helpful and efficient. They do an excellent job of looking after my cats. They keep up with new treatments, changed the spot on treatments for fleas, to keep them down.
I have always had excellent service from the vets at Brelades..this time our young collie cross had had an argument with a car..she also loathes going to the vets. Lydia very kindly did most of her checking outside and did her very best to put her at ease.

Over the years Brelades have cared for three of my dogs, with love and compassion. They are always ready to help when needed. The Vets and Staff make all the pets at ease and comfortable as soon as they arrive, treating them as required. I highly recommend them.
Had to take our much loved cat in over the weekend to say goodbye. Jemma, the vet on that day, was beyond lovely and empathetic, I am so grateful for how she treated us and will not forget it. Thank you for being so caring and understanding.
