I attended the Minor Injuries Unit on Sunday 5th June 2016 and the service was exemplary. I was seen within minutes of arrival, met by a very caring and considerate nurse with a most gentle approach to my injury. Two other nurses popped in while I was being treated and all were most considerate - a far cry from some of the more brusque and 'matter of fact' nurses I've encountered in other hospitals. The atmosphere was calm and relaxed, the treatment room spotlessly clean, all hygiene precautions taken and hand gels used. The receptionist was welcoming and friendly, the nurses introduced themselves by name and I could not praise the staff more highly - and I was not the easiest patient to treat! Absolutely excellent service with much reassurance and all greatly appreciated following my minor injury. Thank you to everyone involved from a most grateful patient. :o)

If only all hospitals were as good as this. Kind, thoughtful, clean and above all caring for those in their keeping
