Left forms to join in June 2022, was told check ups will start begining of 2023. I just called to check for an update, I was told to find a new dentist. I understand NHS is behind with everything at the moment, but saying that with a fake and patronising laughter was unnecessary. Then she hang up without saying bye. I found this very rude. So yes, I will try somewhere else, thanks.
I visited here yesterday through an emergency appointment and I have to say, they were all amazing. I'd been in agony for days with a snapped tooth and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes but wasn't rushed. They've also added me to the list to join the practice which is good too. Thank you everyone.
Going to the dentist is not something many people look forward to, but here, it's not so bad.
