I love this little shop, quite unique, reasonably priced, ' Cossi' excuse spelling, is an amazing lady. V honest, v helpful, not pushy and so kind. I've bought lots of pieces , all highly commented on. Beautiful jewellery as well at such good prices. Just a lovely experience

Very pushy sales woman. Terrible customer service. Kept trying to get my wife to buy some hideous top and everytime she said no they kept trying to talk her in to buying it. The sale woman grunted and rolled her eyes when my wife thanked her and left with nothing. Stay clear of this place.
