I had Chloe dealing with a sale and Purchase. I would highly recommend her, she was absolutely fantastic. Any questions I had were answered promptly. She made any of my worries disappear. I will be recommending her to any of my friends moving house
Highly recommend, I used the batley office they have amazing staff which provide an excellent service from start to finish.
Absolutely disgraceful service. WOULD ADVISE TO STAY CLEAR. Would give 0 stars if I could. Very rude, and speak down to you. Took me chasing to get anywhere, 4 weeks on and nothing had been done whatsoever. Requested this to be done through me rather than the purchaser but they chose to ignore this despite having a letter of authority causing more stress. Extra fees added at the end that were originally not quoted. Would never use again and would recommend paying extra to get a decent service.
Last time we used them, they eventually waived their fee due to the terrible way they dealt with the sale of my daughter's flat. Thankfully, the buyer hung on and on and the sale went through.
Brilliant service very good attention to detail. Well done Jessica and Fran and the rest of the team.
receptionist seems a little rude as did who ever else I spoke to
