Mark recently dealt with one of our commercial properties. He was honest and transparent from the outset. Whenever I emailed Mark or dropped reception a call , I’d always get a call or email back very quickly and I lost count how many times that was. Everything was clear and easy from start to finish. hope to do business again soon!
Before even viewing a property it’s sold. Got told 6 people are viewing a property on a specific date but it’s sold before that. To many deals being done under the table in cash. Sellers be aware you could get more for your property

From day one Mark and Chris have gone above and beyond, in every aspect from start to finish. Every bump in the road, the guys always got back to me, answered every question, even the stupid one’s…….thank you for always being on hand to offer help, you have been nothing short of incredible. I did get to speak to other team members and they were also as friendly, upbeat and professional as Mark and Chris. Finally I chose to use Mark Brearley & Co after meeting Mark at some premises for an appraisal, Mark has a warm rapport and his authenticity puts people at ease right away, your personality shines through and you show such a great understanding, you actively listen to what each party is trying to achieve and tie everything together so well. Mark was involved in a tender process for letting one of our properties. We found him to be courteous, professional and very punctual at all times and would recommend him.
If looking to purchase a property from Mark be prepared to chase as phone calls don't get returned. You will come very accustomed with leaving messages with reception.
Joanne showed us round a property and was brilliant - helpful, informative and straightforward. 5 star service. The downside which is the responsibility of the landlord and not the letting agent is that the property was not ready to let - tired decor and minor repairs needed. Would use Mark Brearley again.
Terrible! Worst experience ever trying to rent a commercial unit. It's almost like the customer is doing the selling, continuously chasing the agents and no communication from them. Have warned others about their lack of interest in getting things done.
