The customer service is absolutely ridiculous! The receptionist lady has is very rude and has an attitude when answering to customers! The estate agent agent I dealt with is not clued up on the property at all and when questioned about certain aspects of the property got irritated and almost didn't want to answer the questions!! It would seem this company is very money orienatated and aslong as they get a sale they are not bothered about the buyer!! Very bad experience so I would advise all future buyers to think twice and do your research on the property as these guys haven't got a clue!! It's a shame as had I had a good experience with the agents and would they have co operated with my questions I would certainly have bought the property!!

rudest estate agent ever, terrible customer relations. we were 5 minutes late for a viewing and he was already getting into his car saying what do you want, you`re too late! reluctantly rushed us around the house, after 5 minutes he said I`ve got to go now. went for a second viewing...even ruder this time..avoid this estate agent if at all possible!
