I’ve been attending Breakthru church coming up for 4 yrs later this year. In that time I’ve been blown away with how loving and caring the people are. The Pastor and his wife were very caring and supportive after my mum died, that’s something I’ll never forget! ❤️ There are other positive experiences I’ve had there too, all of which speaks volumes to me. There were certain things I was hoping to find when I was looking for a new church. One of them that is really important was good relationships that aren’t just seeing people on a Sunday morning or a midweek group only. It’s more than that, it means a lot to have friends and that has become a reality since going there 😊 I’d recommend this church to others, it’s a place where you can see kindness, & love in action 😊 I’m thankful to be part of the church ⛪

I love the simple humility and the warm, familial atmosphere of this small (and growing!) church - and the more I get to know the pastor and his wife the more impressed I become by their heart for their congregation and community. Of all the churches I’ve attended (and this includes churches in at least 6 different countries) this one shares top spot with only one other for humility, generosity and genuine care. I’ve actually been quite shocked (in the best possible way) on various occasions by the generous and sincere support and willingness of the leadership to give of their (already scant) free time to input into my life and the lives around them - i have simply not seen much of this kind of Christian heart in most other churches. So I’m really surprised to read that a person visiting Breakthrough Church states that it “seemed to be all about the money” and that the person “preaching” said they “want to hear all those notes (£) rustling”... I don’t think I have ever been to a church LESS inclined to focus on the money or MORE inclined to quietly give it away to those who need it - and in fact the pastor’s personal view on tithing (he gave a very interesting sermon on the topic) would have surely set the record straight on this point. No, I have been attending this church now for close to 3 years and all I’ve ever experienced is simple, straightforward warmth, genuine care, willing and compassionate support and great teaching well founded on the Scriptures. And I always feel drawn in by the Holy Spirit during the worship. What a blessing!

Me and my family first visited this church less than a year ago and we've ever loved coming here. This church is one of the most humblest, most loving and giving church I've ever visited. The Bible says" you should know them by their love " and honestly speaking, all I've ever seen is their great love for all ,in word of encouragement and helping the needy. May God enlarge the great work of this church .

Love this church! The people are so friendly it’s impossible to feel left out there. Great, lively worship and have a reputation of being very generous and supportive people! (They also have a pretty epic LED Star curtain)

True love for God, is selfless, and life-changing. This is the one thing that stands out for me at Breakthru Church regarding the heart that Dean Kitchener who is the pastor of Breakthru Church has for his God. He holds a full time job and suffers with chronic headaches yet despite this he still tries to help those in need in the church and outside of the church. He is extremely selfless and because of his compassionate heart the church supports various missionaries, and other organisations such as Teen Challenge. He is not driven by money AT All and I feel very upset that this accusation was aimed at him as he one of the most humble people I know which is soon evident when you meet him. He along with his wife Joy are people who love God, who love His will, and through submitting their lives to Him are being used by God to reach those who are lost and hurting. Breakthru is a humble and caring church.
