I had a great experience at Brayley today, Brayley is not my nearest dealership but well worth the journey. Danny listened to what I was looking for , answered my questions and more. He gave great advice , excellent service and was  friendly, polite and helpful. Nothing seemed too much trouble. Dan also helped and again was very friendly, professional and gave great advice. I am a very satisfied customer and would thoroughly recommend Brayley. The whole sales experience and service was excellent.

I had a great experience at Brayley Kia Harpenden. Tim, my salesperson, was very attentive and helpful. He showed me around the car I was interested in and let me take it for a decent test drive. When I confirmed I wanted to buy it, he got the team to fix a few little issues with it, and was quick to get back to me with any other questions I had between the sale and key collection. Would definitely recommend, thank you!

Overall excellent service from Danny. This was our third purchase with Kia and was by far the best.  We felt no pressure to buy which is important to me and were kept updated on progress when waiting for the vehicle delivery.  I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new/used car.

From start to finish I had the best experience with John from Brayley Kia, I cam in to change my motorbility car. He showed me my options. I was already mostly set on the sportage, but John made sure I was 100%. He kept me updated on my car's ETA and was an absolute delight to buy from.
