I've been meaning to write this review for some time now - I decided to go in to have a mooch, and decided to try something on. I loved the personal service I received. They picked products that suited my taste, and I ended up spending quite a bit! I can't say I regret it at all!
Went in for the first time today to have a bra fitting and all the staff there were so lovely! A special shout out to Tracey who helped me get the right bra size that fitted me perfectly, she was very professional, attentive and friendly! Thank you so much Bravissimo Solihull, I'm looking forward to returning in the near future!
I went tot this store the staff and customer service is on point!! A big thank you to Janie who was soo helpful and provide me with a couple of choices and wasn't pushy at all. Thank you!!
My wife went looking for a sports bra and the assistance she got from Julie was amazing. She came out if the store taller and more confident. Bravissimo really nailed it.
The good lady likes it because the clothes fit here very nice curves. But I have to sit on the little chair outside the changing rooms and It make me feel like I'm nine years old again with me mum and sister .nice shop though .
Staff are lovely always pleasant and helpful nothing too much trouble I have been a customer since they first started mail order so it was.lovely when they opened their shop so here's to another 25 years
