Amy made my day today. I went in genuinely not sure whether to buy a new nursing bra mine broke within a couple months of not needing it anymore. Amy advised me to wait until I’m done and then come in to get fitted in a couple months. I was so impressed that she advised me with my best interest in mind instead of pushing to make a sale. I went in today for a bra fitting, MIA was incredible, helped me straight away and was so warm and friendly; made the experience so much more comfortable and a lot easier than i’d anticipated. She made perfect adjustments where needed, listening to me and tailoring her recommendations to styles i’d mentioned. Thank you!

Been coming to this bravissimo for years and have always had a great experience. Came in to have a fitting for a new size again for the first time in awhile and was helped by Ayesha. She was so lovely and made me feel as comfortable as ever. Hope she knows she’s doing a great job. Recommend this particular store as they really seem to understand what kinds of bras will suit you personally / feel comfortable - especially if you have sensitivity to wires etc!

Wonderful customer service. I rushed in 25 mins before they closed. They were really busy but gave me 100star customer service made me feel like I was the only customer there. I tasked them with finding me a swim suit too, I've tried on so many else where and I'm so fussy. I told them the kind of thing I wanted from it and hey ho it was bloody perfect. Lovely staff. Want to say thank you for how I was treated at my visit today. I can’t remember the ladies name though. I’ve gone to a few different bra fittings where I had been sized incorrectly but today I have gone home with a bra that is comfortable. Staff really made me feel comfortable and supported. Will be back.

I had a great experience at Bravissimo today. Having been Mis- measured by another company, I have finally got the correct size and comfort of bra. I have to thank Tamara for showing me how a good bra fit makes such a difference and it has made me feel much more confident and shapely. Thank you Bravissimo and more importantly, Tamara for her expertise

I ordered a strapless bra online on Saturday 02/09/23 and opted for a pick up in store at Solihull, I rang today 07/09/23 at 6:10pm to see if it had been delivered although I hadn’t had an email confirmation I spoke to Jess on the phone and asked if they had taken delivery of the bra, it was not in store but Jess checked to see if they had the same bra or similar in stock, Jess came back and advised that she had some similar sizes if I wanted to come into the store, I arrived in the store shortly after 6:30pm whereby Jess had already put a few bras to one side ready for me to try, and after about 8 bras later we found the perfect one ! This was nearly 7pm closing time when I said to Jess it was nearly 7 and nearly time for her to finish she still didn’t rush me ! I just wanted to let you know that Jess’s customer service was excellent !!! And she is an asset to the store ! Also Amy who served me was very pleasant and helpful too but I had more dealing  with Jess, well done to both ladies for excellent customer service ! I myself am a Customer care manager and appreciate good service when I receive it, so many people write reviews when they receive bad service but not enough people do when it’s good ! Thank you to you both !

I visited the Solihull branch of Bravissimo today on the off chance they could fit me in for a fitting. The whole experience was amazing. They got me in straight away, I was then greeted by my fitter, Tamara, who showed me to the fitting room. She was fantastic at her job, so enthusiastic and encouraging, professional, but also really easy to talk to! Tamara got my size spot on, and although the bras she brought me fit perfectly, they were not my style, she immediately went away and got me a whole range!!! I found my perfect bras from this pile and ended up going away with two! Everyone was so helpful but a massive thank you to Tamara who made my experience 10x better! I will be going back and I definitely recommend!
