I have been a customer for years, and your staff are great. My fitter yesterday was Grace who l must say went that extra mile. She was fitting me for bra's and swim wear 90 minutes later sorted, marks out of 10 has to be 10. You are a young and very caring member of staff x

Came in before my holiday for a fitting. Jackie was so helpful and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble for her and I left really happy with new underwear and swimwear and felt so much more comfortable on holiday wearing the correct size bras and bikini. Asha was also lovely and chatty when checking out my purchases.
Gosh, you just can't fault Bravissimo. Absolutely busy, busy, busy. I had not thought to make an appointment ...but they managed to squeeze me in with just a ten minute wait. The fitting service is excellent, the girls know what they are doing, and as usual came out with just what I wanted and it fits perfectly.
Jackie was absolutely brilliant. I'd tried numerous bras at another high street shop with no luck. They don't do FF for a start. Got myself sorted with 3 new bras. They are expensive compared to other high street shops but I'd rather pay and be happy that I've got the correct size. Beautiful colours and styles, too.
Excellent service today. They were busy but I was still seen within minutes for a walk in fitting. Grace was fantastic. Thank you.
Been a regular here for years but I visited on a Sunday this week and the service was really quite terrible. No visible guidance for booking a fitting so I went upstairs to ask in the fitting room but was told very loudly to go downstairs because there were probably other people waiting and not just me, then the assistant pushed me out of the way to get downstairs. I waited a long time to be served at the till only to be given incorrect information about the bra I wanted because the assistant couldn't be bothered serving me as she was very flustered. I was told the bra was an autumn only line. It was a new item...so I bought it from the website instead as there was plenty of stock. I will use the online service for now on.
Fabulous as always. Wonderful staff who help you find what you need and never make you feel rushed. The measuring service is amazing. I honestly don't know what I'd do without this shop and travel over 1.5 hours to get here, but it's worth it every time.
