Popped in today for a quick lunch. Sausage, egg and chips. The sausages were totally inedible, and I mean inedible. The attitude of the staff was less than helpful and they even tried to charge me the full price.....purveyors of high quality bread, pies and sandwiches but unfortunately not sausages (and they were certainly not sourced from J.J.J. Heathcotes).

Great village bakery with lovely products. £3 meal deal is a knock out. Friendly staff and a little cafe and outside tables a hit with cyclists etc.

Popped in here when starving and desperate one day without knowing anything about it.When we arrived they said no more hot food was available, so we got sausage rolls and croissants which could easily have been heated up and were very unpleasant cold. They then served old coffee which they clearly had heated in the microwave. The cup was so hot it burnt my wife's lip. Just awful.
