Lovely looking place and comfy chairs. The mulled wine was good, but the food was just mediocre. I'd go there as a meeting place, but I'd eat elsewhere. Staff were very friendly and helpful though.
Great hotel, lovely food, nice clean rooms and pleasant and helpful staff. Would recommend staying at this hotel as is also family friendly A+++++
Very friendly staff, lovely breakfast and spacious room with good value for money. Very central location a few steps from the train station.
Excellent central location with own discreet car park at the rear. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was to a high standard. The communal areas have been refurbished to a high standard. Some of the older rooms are in desperate need for refurbishment and some TLC.
Stayed here for a few nights and it's right in the centre of Lancaster so good location. Staff have been very efficient and helpful, highly recommended place to stay.
