Large development with a good community. Front gardens seem to be well maintained by residents which makes it pleasant to walk through. There are a lot of houses crammed in resulting in small gardens and fairly small rooms.
A major housing development where RAF Brampton used to be. Nice houses but little thought for public transport or local services- not being on the guided bus route is a major disadvantage. These days house prices should not be dictated by number of bedrooms
Poor build quality unfinished pavements and roads, parking is a joke as the roads are narrow, it's just a case of let's see how many houses we can force onto what was actually a large amount of green space, numerous trees removed once building got going 6 years ago, another terrible example of a new build housing estate

Called up just looking to view a show home as our estate isn’t built yet and doesn’t have a showroom / sales hub already reserved from Katie Peterborough Lindon 5* again. James answered, knowing full well we were not buying from him as i told him we had already purchased. He went out his way to try and find us a show home, although there wasn’t one to look at he invited us down to show us samples etc as we hadn’t seen anything yet, on a Sunday afternoon when presumably he could have been speaking to someone actively buying. James had nothing to gain financially for giving us time to go through our questions or aid but did so anyway. Fantastic customer service and answered all of our questions, credit to the company. Thanks.
Nice homes but in the future I can see parking being awful, and if you enter the site via the co-op your risking an accident every time, especially in the mornings and 5 pm.ish
Had the displeasure of contacting Linden Homes today to simply arrange a viewing for Brampton Park, got through to a James who was the most unhelpful and frankly disrespectful ‘customer’ sales agent! Was ready to leave a deposit but no thanks Linden Homes we’ll look elsewhere
My daughter bought one of these homes and is very happy, nice place to live
