Never had a problem there, busy but they get u tipped. X
Arrived in good time for my allocated booking time. Four hours later still not tipped! Do these guys not respect the fact that we have schedules to keep and if so do they care! Unacceptable.
Overall a good vibes, yard spacious end tidy, solid H&S regulations that are followed by staff, office workers on the other hand are a bit grumpy ;
Friendly enough people,plenty of room to manoeuvre,be on time!ncan be abit funny if late.
Awful.nnThey ALWAYS make you wait.nnI always arrive 30 minutes to an hour,before my booking slot.n2 hours later, I'm assigned a bay.n2 hours after that, they finish unloading.n30 minutes after that, my paperwork is done.nnArrive early.nThey'll make you wait.nArrive on time.nThey'll make you wait.nArrive late.nThey'll make you wait.nnThey just have no sense of urgency.nnThere are bay free and drivers are still waiting.nnIt's ridiculous.nnIf you lucky enough to have an afternoon booking.nnBring your tea/dinner with you.
