I recently underwent ACL and MCL reconstruction surgery at Braintree hospital, performed by Mr Aweid, and I cannot praise the experience highly enough. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and efficient.nnFrom the moment I met Mr Aweid at the pre-op appointment, he took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure and patiently answer all my questions. On the second pre-op visit he even went the extra mile by conducting a stress X-ray to ensure I had all the information needed to make an informed decision. And then a few days before my surgery he got in touch with me out of hours to answer some last minute questions I had.nnOn the day of surgery, Mr Aweid personally checked in on me before and after the procedure, ensuring I felt supported and informed.nnThe hospital itself was spotless and the entire staff team, from nurses to support personnel, were incredibly helpful and accommodating. Plus, I must mention that the food served was excellent!nnThe physiotherapy team on site also played a vital role in my recovery, providing excellent guidance and support. Ensuring I was able to travel up and down the stairs safely before discharging me.nnIn summary, my experience with Mr. Aweid and his team felt like receiving treatment at a top-tier private hospital. If you're in need of any knee related surgical care, I highly recommend this hospital and Mr Aweid. You'll receive nothing short of exceptional care and support every step of the way.nn**ACL + MCL Recovery Journey on Instagram: @thefoodiept**
I came here for my ACL reconstruction and it was the best experience of surgery I’ve had.nnI received all the information I needed in plenty of time. I arrived at the hospital at 7am and was checked in with no problems. I had my a private room and was seen by Mr Symons beforehand. He went into detail as to what was going to happen and when to expect the surgery as I was third on the list. I also saw the physio and anaesthetist who we also very informative and pleasant.nnFollowing my surgery the nurses were great and I was taken back to my room. The nurses were attentive until my family arrived. Discharge was a little annoying and took longer than it needed to, it felt that one shift didn’t want the responsibility in discharging me and shifted it to the late shift, but I can’t complain at anything else.
My mum is continually having headaches, like really bad ones, that she can't even sleep properly. Now, she even started to have a fever, and the doctors aren't doing anything. Every single time when she is going to the hospital, they refuse to speak to her because of the lack of English. They are racist and they don't want to give her an interpreter like they should. They simply chose not to speak to her. It's really frustrating, and I would love to see how they would react if their mum's would be in such a situation.
I went into Braintree Community Hospital for a Colonscopy - it was so quick and efficient, I was in and out within 90 minutes. The staff were professional and polite, and I felt in safe hands x
Easy to park, friendly staff - wish all hospitals could be as good as this
